Rob Cross

Rob Cross (born 1990, England) is the PDC World Champion of 2018 and one of the most impressive debut stories in the sport’s history. Known as “Voltage”, Cross won the World Championship in his very first year on the PDC tour — a staggering achievement — on his way to accumulating 21 PDC titles. A former electrician, he turned professional after winning his tour card and never looked back. His powerful, direct throwing style and calm demeanour make him a consistently dangerous player across all formats. Cross’s ability to step up in big moments — evidenced by his stunning world title win over Phil Taylor in the 2018 final — has marked him out as one of the most clutch performers of his generation on the PDC circuit.
