Scott Williams

Scott Williams, born on 18 January 1990 in Boston, England, is one of the most rapidly rising talents on the PDC ProTour. Nicknamed “The Scotty 2 Hotty” and walking on to Metalingus by Alter Bridge, Williams turned professional in 2018 and wasted little time making an impact, accumulating five titles and recording one nine-dart finish in a relatively short professional span.

His rapid progress on the ProTour reflects a technically sound game capable of competing with established names. Williams combines a reliable scoring rhythm with effective finishing, qualities that have translated into consistent results at PDC floor events. His title haul since 2018 highlights an ability to close out matches and convert opportunities that many players take years longer to develop.

Still in his early thirties, Williams has the professional foundation and the competitive record to push further up the PDC rankings. His trajectory since turning professional suggests a player with the potential to challenge for major honours in the years ahead.
